This can be related to the Poller modem and moxa device.

Make sure both are running and have activity lights blinking.

You also can ask your IT Department to check the connection between PokerPro server and CMAS.


Also on the PokerPro server please try this:

1. Login to server as ppAdmin

2. Navigate to start /Administrative Tools/Services

3. Restart SMRM Communicator service

4. Restart Poker pro services

5. Restart The World Wide Web Service


Please check to see if it is recognizing the cards or not. Let me know.
