The PokerPro Services will have to be restarted. Log into the PokerPro Server as username: PPadmin

Please follow instructions on the attached word document: "Restart PokerPro Config Service".

This will walk you through the procedure that may correct your issue immediately.

Logoff as PPadmin and login as username: PPSuperUser and try to start game.

If you still encounter issues, please try to restart the PokerPro table and server.
