I have included a simplified Troubleshooting Guide (refer to pg 1 'Basic Troubleshooting Tips' section) and for more in-depth information please read Floor Manager Guide (refer to pg 78 'Chapter 11. Troubleshooting the Director').

Ideally, if a PDU is having touch sensitivity issues... Simply open Director app; 'zoom-in' on the PokerPro table, and you have typically four methods for correcting a problem.

Please try the following in order:

  • RESET CONNECTION—Use if a screen is not responding to touch and does not appear to be in sync.
  • RESTART SOFTWARE—Use if you have reset the connection and the screen is still frozen.
  • REBOOT HARDWARE—Use if you have reset the connection and restarted the software, but the screen is still frozen.
  • CALIBRATE SCREEN—Use if a screen is not responding to touch, but seems to be working otherwise.

At your earliest convenience, please let me know if this has resolved your PDU touch sensitivity issues.

If the same PDU is always encountering touch sensitivity issues, and you have tried all four troubleshooting/solution methods above, you can:

  • Replace PDU monitor, or
  • Replace Player Seat CPU Sandwich

 Thank you for your cooperation.
