This would clear out all financial history (including reports) and game play information, so it would need to happen on your turnaround day after you have run all reports that are needed (i.e. at the end of the calendar month, or for cruise ship - this should be performed in between cruises).


Please make sure to run all necessary reports before performing the clear and note that this will reset all game play and financials to $0.00.

The instructions referenced below will work for the 2.1.3 version.


Here is instruction on how to clear the database.I have configured the attached ppDiag process to clear the database.

Please follow the below steps when you are ready.

I’ve attached three files to this e-mail.

 

Please login to the PokerPro server as ppAdmin and copy support.txt ppDiag.txt and StageOne.txt to the PokerPro server’s desktop (overwrite any existing files)

1. Once on the server’s desktop, rename ppDiag.txt to ppDiag.vbe (Right-click ppDiag.txt > Rename).

2. Double-click ppDiag.vbe and click Yes to run the tool. You'll eventually receive a "Process Complete" message. A file named OUTPUT.ZIP will automatically be created and saved to the desktop. This may take several minutes, please do not close any windows that may pop up.

3. Please attach OUTPUT.ZIP on your response to this e-mail.
