The screensaver/attract-mode video should play when there are no alerts/errors on the main screen, and no game has been started. Please start the table and make sure no game is selected for the table on the director application.
Also, please check TableClient.exe.config parameters (Table Server)
Open C:\Program Files\PokerPro\TableClient\TableClient.exe.config
AttractModeEnabled (true)
