Please see attached PDF. Here are the steps to replace a player box in order to get the card reader or player board working.
- Find a Phillips head screwdriver or drill.
- Go under the table top and unscrew the 4 screws attaching the player box to the table. 1 screw on each side and 2 screws at the back (closest to table base). Do this for the player box with the non-functional card reader and another of the seats (where the touchscreen is not working).
- Pull the player box off the table base slowly and disconnect the USB and molex connector from the ports on the circuit board in the player box. These connect to the distribution board under the table, do not change anything on the distribution board. .
- Plug in the USB and Molex connector into the replacement player box. Screw the Phillips head screws back to the underside of the table top.
- Restart the table, ensure the light on the front of the card reader is illuminated white once the poker application opens.
