In order to provide service to the Indiana Grand, the processes below will allow for parts to be requested (via the Indiana Gaming Commission) for shipment to the Indiana Grand. This process is for any equipment sent with proprietary gaming software already installed (e.g. hardware with PokerPro table client software installed).

Hardware/Software order process:
1. Ensure Indiana Grand (Mike Farinella - Mike.Farinella@indy-grand.com) has requested the exact software version (usually ProCore version 4.1.0.20716) they require through the Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) EGDS catalog.
2. Email Everi's Shipping Compliance (ShippingCompliance@everi.com) to request them to place a shipping order for the hardware and software through the IGC. Alan Tran (alan.tran@everi.com) or Lynwood Lawson (Lynwood.Lawson@everi.com) are Compliance Analysts with Everi, they can also be CCed on the email if needed. They need to be provided with the following information:
